Refunds & Returns

RETURNS:

-Sangrenel will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tag attached.

Refunds and exchanges can be made 30 days from the date of purchase. 

-You will receive your refund or store credit as soon as the returned item arrives back to our warehouse 

-We only process returns and exchanges through the form below.

-Sangrenel does not accept any responsibility for products/orders returned outside of the return form.
